Zinc
Mattisson Zinc Gluconate
Suggested retail price: €5.95
Zinc is among the most abundant trace elements in the body and is essential for health. It is found in the bones, muscles, liver, kidneys and skin. The body cannot make or store zinc itself, so it must get enough of this trace mineral from food. You can get the most zinc from seafood, since absorption from animal foods is better. Cereals and legumes also contain zinc, but the phytates found in these foods decrease its absorbability. Therefore, a deficiency may be lurking if you eat little or no seafood.
Usage and storage
Take 1 tablet 1x daily during or after meals with water. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
Allergen free
Ingredients
Anhydrous dibasic calcium phosphate (filler), Zinc Gluconate, MCC (filler), Hypro-mellose (thickener), Silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent), Magnesium Stearate (anti-caking agent), Carnauba wax (coating).
