Dosage and Usage
Take 1 capsule 1 to 2 times daily during a meal with a glass of water. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Maximum dose of Citicoline 500 mg per day and 250 mg per dose.
Keep out of reach and sight of young children. Store dry, dark and at room temperature (15 - 25 °C).
Use during pregnancy and lactation is discouraged due to lack of sufficient research.
A healthy lifestyle is important, as is a varied balanced diet, for which dietary supplements are no substitute.
