Under the influence of the sun we can make our own vitamin D in the skin, but due to the scarcity of sun rays in our cold Benelux this often does not happen well enough. In addition, the forms ergocalciferol (vitamin D2) and cholecalciferol (vitamin D3) can be found in mushrooms and animal products, respectively.

Mushrooms and animals produce vitamin D the same way humans do, under the influence of uv radiation (sunlight). In fact, the form you consume from animal products (vitamin D3) is exactly the same vitamin D that our skin makes, and therefore the most bioavailable form for our human digestive system.

• Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol, Quali-D®) 75 mcg 1500%.

Ingredients : potato starch (filler), HPMC (capsule), Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol, Quali-D®), magnesium stearate (anti-clumping agent), sunflower oil (helianthus annuus).

Does not contain : GMO, gluten, yeast, lactose, artificial colors, flavors or preservatives.

Usage
Take 1 capsule per day. Adhere to the recommended dosage.

Not suitable for children up to 10 years of age.

Keep out of reach and sight of young children. Store in a dry, dark place and at room temperature (15 - 25 °C).
