We get vitamin D mainly from sunlight. With different foods we can supplement this amount. Vitamin D is found in fatty fish such as sardines, herring and salmon. A small amount can also be obtained from mushrooms, provided they have been exposed to sunlight. The use of a dietary supplement is always to supplement vitamin D obtained from food and sunlight.

Ingredients: Olive oil extra virgin (carrier), Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol).
Does not contain: GMO, gluten, yeast, lactose, sugar, artificial colors, flavors or preservatives.
Usage and Storage.
For children up to 10 years of age: 1 to 2 drops per day.
For adults: 1 to 5 drops per day.
Do not exceed recommended dosage.
>20 mcg vitamin D not suitable for children up to 10 years of age.
Keep out of reach and sight of young children. Store dry, dark and at room temperature (15 - 25 °C).
