To get vitamin B complex from food, it is important to follow a varied diet. Foods that contain vitamin B complex are animal products, green leafy vegetables, legumes, nuts and seeds. The use of dietary supplements is always an addition to a balanced diet.

Dosage and Usage
Take 1 capsule per day. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
Not suitable for children up to and including 17 years of age.
Keep out of reach and sight of young children. Store in a dry, dark place and at room temperature (15 - 25 °C).
