Ingredients & dosage

Take 1 sachet per day. Dissolve the contents of one sachet in approximately 100ml of lukewarm water. Allow to stand for approximately 1 minute. Stir well before taking. Preferably take on an empty stomach. If you are taking antibiotics: wait 2 hours after taking the medicine before using Symflora® Original.
