Usage and storage

1 x daily dissolve 10 grams of Bovine Collagen Peptides Hydrolysate Peptan® (measuring spoon fill to 25 ml) in water, fruit juice or mix through a SuperSmoothie. Preferably take half an hour before meals. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. A dietary supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet.
