Red Palm Oil Cold Pressed

The red palm kernel oil is odorless and solid at temperatures up to 30°C. It is extracted from the kernels of the palm fruits and is a by-product of palm fat production. It mainly contains saturated fatty acids such as lauric acid and palmitic acid.

Use in Food
Palm kernel oil is mainly used in the food industry for the production of confectionery products such as confectionery, glazes, ice cream and fillings. It is also used in margarine and spreads. In the kitchen, organic palm kernel fat is used as frying fat and to replace or supplement coconut fat.
