Rhodiola is a plant native to the cold, mountainous regions of northern America, northeastern Europe and northern Asia. In these geographical areas, the roots have been part of traditional medicine for many years.

Ingredients : Rhodiola extract standardized at 3% Rosavin and 1% Salidroside, HPMC (capsule), microcrystalline cellulose (filler), magnesium stearate (anti-caking agent), silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent).

Does not contain : GMO, gluten, yeast, lactose, sugar, artificial colors, flavors or preservatives.

Dosage
Take 1 capsule 1-3 times daily. Adhere to the recommended dosage. After 3 months of continuous use, we recommend not using the product for 2 weeks.

Use during pregnancy and lactation is discouraged due to lack of sufficient research.

Consult your health professional when taking medications (especially antidepressants).

Caution is advised when using medication that promotes serotonin production (especially antidepressants). Rhodiola may in fact enhance the effects of these drugs. When in doubt, always order subject to a safety check by a specialist pharmacist.
