Kombucha with natural carbon dioxide and turmeric flavour

With all the benefits of fermentation

This kombucha with spicy turmeric taste is a lightly carbonated fermented drink based on green tea.
Like all kombucha, the brewing process starts with tea leaves, water and sugar. The manufacturer then adds a symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeasts (SCOBY) to the brewed mixture. In order to grow good bacterial colonies, the SCOBY (or 'the mother') eats the sugar out of the tea. Kombucha is certainly not a source of sugar.
Through fermentation, the polyphenols in the tea are converted into, among other things, organic acids, which gives the drink a slightly sour taste. Another by-product is carbon dioxide, which gives kombucha its characteristic effervescence.
How to use the kombucha with turmeric
Pour the kombucha into a glass and let it rest for a while. Do not shake the bottle! Excess carbon dioxide can be eliminated by swirling the kombucha in the glass. Drink 100-150 ml of kombucha twice a day to enjoy its benefits. Your body will need some time to get used to the fermented particles. Not suitable for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
TIP: Try the mocktail with kombucha curcuma and cranberry juice!
Quality
Purasana's kombucha is brewed according to an authentic recipe. Carbon dioxide is created by the fermentation process and is not added afterwards.
The drink is contained in a light-proof plastic bottle so that the kombucha remains 'alive' and can cope with the pressure of expansion in warmer conditions. Of course, you want to avoid this expansion, so after opening the bottle, always keep kombucha in the refrigerator.
The sediment at the bottom of your glass is a residue of the SCOBY. It proves that you have a quality fermented drink in your hands.

Kombucha Fresh Ginger with ginger is made on the basis of Kombucha Natural. It is one of the most aromatic and characteristic combinations of kombucha and ginger.
Quality
Purasana kombucha is a green tea, fermented using a "scoby" (Symbiotic Culture Of friendly Bacteria and Yeasts). The sugar serves as food for this "scoby".
Every real kombucha is made from tea, water and sugar. Most of the sugar is used by the bacteria during the fermentation process before the kombucha is bottled, so the final drink has very little sugar left.
Ingredients
Organic unpasteurized, carbonated and live drink from careful fermentation.
Ingredients: infusion of green tea* (filtered water + tea), cane sugar* (processed during fermentation), kombucha cultures (bacteria and yeasts).
Usage
Do not shake, preferably drink cool, sediment is normal.
Like other detoxifying products, kombucha is not suitable for use by women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
How Much Kombucha Should I Drink?
Start with 100-150 ml, twice a day. After a few days you can try some more, but let your body get used to the kombucha. You prefer to drink kombucha cold.
When is the best time to drink kombucha?
Kombucha is a great drink, suitable for any time of the day. Open the bottle, pour the kombucha into your glass and let it 'rest' for a few seconds. If it contains too much carbon dioxide, swirl the kombucha in your glass. The sparkling and healthy kombucha is ready to take care of you.
