In the intestinal flora live in every person large amounts of bacteria. These bacteria are partly important for your body and partly harmful. In a healthy intestinal flora, the bacteria are balanced, but the intestinal flora can change due to lifestyle, stress and medication use. When the gut flora becomes unbalanced, symptoms can arise. Probiotic products contain a large amount of "good" bacteria.


Usage and storage

Take 1 - 2 capsules per day, preferably on an empty stomach or during breakfast. This will give you 5 or 10 billion CFU of probiotics. A food supplement is no substitute for a varied diet. After opening, keep closed and preferably in the refrigerator. Keep out of reach of children.
