Lapacho. Pau d'arco consists of the dried inner bark of wild growing trees.
Directions for use:
1 tablespoon (about 6 grams) with 400ml of water for 15 minutes at a gentle boil (simmer) then strain. You can drink 2 to 3 cups spread over the day
