Looking for a daily probiotic for the whole family? Orthiflor Basic is suitable for everyone 12 years and older. The product contains 4 different strains of bacteria also found in food. You can find them in fermented products such as yogurt, sauerkraut and kefir. Probiotics are viable bacteria. Digestive juices and the acidic environment in the stomach decrease the survival rate of bacteria in the body. The added Pro-motor, ensures good survival of the bacteria. For taking without liquid, there is Orthiflor Chew.

Orthiflor Basic is best taken on an empty stomach. For example, half an hour before breakfast or just before bedtime. The recommended dose is 1 capsule per day, up to a maximum of 3 capsules (for a short period of time). Due to the added Pro-Motor technology, soaking first is no longer necessary. Add the contents of the capsule to lukewarm milk, some or yogurt or lemonade at room temperature. Stir briefly and drink immediately.

The recommended dosage for children aged four to twelve years is up to 1 capsule per day. The recommended dosage for children twelve years and older and adults is 1 capsule per day. The maximum dosage is 3 capsules per day for a short period of time, unless otherwise advised. Do not exceed the maximum daily dosage. Add the contents of the capsule(s) to half a glass of lukewarm water or low-fat milk, yogurt or vegetable drink, lemonade (syrup) at room temperature, stir and drink preferably on an empty stomach. If taking antibiotics, wait 2-3 hours before using this product.
