- ADA (stearidonic acid) (13% relative fatty acid percentage) 56 mg
Schizochytrium oil (marine algae, Life's DHA TM)* (containing omega 3 fatty acids) 440 mg
- DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) (40% relative fatty acid percentage) 176 mg
Linum usitatissimum oil (linseed oil) (containing omega 3 fatty acids) 100 mg
- ALA (alpha-linolenic acid) (54% relative fatty acid percentage) 50 mg


Vitamins    
natural tocopherols blend 5 mg
(consisting of d-alpha-tocopherol, d-beta-tocopherol, d-gamma-tocopherol, d-delta-tocopherol)

Ingredients:
Echium plantagineum oil, Schizochytrium oil, gelling agent (glycerin, carrageenan), starch, Linum usitatissimum oil, tocopherol blend, acidity regulator (sodium bicarbonate).

Recommended age: 12+

Usage
The recommended dosage for our Omega 3 Vegan is 2 mini softgels per day, unless otherwise advised. The maintenance dosage is 1 mini softgel per day, preferably taken during or after a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. A dietary supplement cannot replace a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
