Organically bound calcium with magnesium and vitamin D
Calcium, magnesium and vitamin D help maintain strong bones. For people who consume few dairy products, it makes sense to take Cal Citrate +. Adult men and women (ages 19-50) need an average of 1,000 milligrams (= 1 gram) of calcium per day. Over-70s need 1200 mg per day, according to the Health Council.
The recommended daily amount of magnesium for adult men (19-50 years) is 300-350 mg and for adult women 250-350 mg. Organically bound calcium is easily digestible and therefore especially suitable for the elderly. Good to combine with D-25 that not only promotes the absorption of calcium in the bones, but also helps to ensure a good resistance.

Ingredients:
Minerals, filler (microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, hydroxypropyl cellulose), anti-caking agent (stearic acid, magnesium salts of fatty acids, talc), glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, isomalt, carnauba wax), colorant (calcium carbonate), cholecalciferol, triglycerides.

Usage
As maintenance, the recommended dosage is 2 tablets daily, unless otherwise advised. Preferably take during or after a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Store dry and at room temperature, out of reach of children. A dietary supplement cannot replace a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
