Spirulina (Arthrospira platensis) is a blue-green saltwater algae with highly concentrated nutritional value. Mattisson Spirulina has a partially broken cell wall and contains chlorophyll, vitamins, minerals, essential amino acids and enzymes.

Usage and storage
