Hemp seed comes from the seed of the Hemp plant (Cannabis sativa). It belongs to the same family as the cannabis plant (marijuana), but hemp seeds contain only a very small amount of THC. 

Hemp Seed Usage
Peeled Hemp Seed has a nutty flavor and a crunchy texture. Hulled hemp seeds are ideal for use in salads, breakfast cereals, soups or yogurt. You can also roast hemp seeds and add them to breads or cakes. 

Usage and storage
Hemp seeds can be added to salads, pasta, rice, yogurt and/or fruit juice. Store cool, dry and sealed.
