What is coconut oil?

Coconut oil is a natural product made from the pulp of the coconut. The pulp is first dried and then the oil is pressed out. Coconut oil consists of more than 40% of the mddellong-chain fatty acid lauric acid. 

Coconut oil virgin

This deodorized coconut oil has a neutral taste and is suitable for baking, frying and deep-frying. The coconut oil is deodorized by water vapor, which leaves fewer nutrients than the coconut oil extra virgin. Coconut oil does not contain trans fatty acids. Any sediment is normal.

Use and storage
Coconut oil melts into oil at a temperature > 25 degrees Celsius. Store cool, dry and sealed. Any sediment is normal. Suitable for frying, baking and roasting. For cold use also mixable with other oils such as olive oil.
