Agaricus is an extensive genus of fungi, with about 300 different species found in different parts of the world. Some species are edible and have been used for centuries as food and medicine in various cultures, while others are toxic and can cause serious health problems in humans and animals.

The most well-known and consumed edible species of this genus is the Agaricus bisporus, better known as the white mushroom. This mushroom is very popular because of its mild flavor and versatile uses in various dishes. Other edible species of the Agaricus genus include Agaricus subrufescens, also known as "sun mushroom" or "red mushroom," which is known for its useful properties in traditional medicine.

Usage and storage
1-2 x daily, dissolve a generous teaspoon (about 3 g) in 250 ml of water, 
tea, coffee, smoothie, soup or sauce. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
