Acacia fiber comes from Acacia trees, which are originally found in Africa. The sap that comes from these trees is dried, forming a fiber powder. Acacia fiber contains 86% soluble fiber, which is also called digestible fiber or prebiotics.


Usage and storage

Mix 2 tablespoons (about 10 grams) with a large glass of water. First add the Acacia fiber to the glass and then add water while stirring. Drink the glass empty and then drink another glass of water. Drink plenty of water throughout the day.

Instead of water, Acacia fiber can also be added to fruit juice, yogurt, a smoothie or tea.

Preferably in the morning before meals. Any sediment is normal. This product is not a substitute for a varied diet.

Store cool, dry and sealed.
