Organic Unsalted and Unroasted Cashew Nuts
Our organic cashew nuts are completely unprocessed and therefore unroasted and unsalted. They are a delicious snack, but you can also process them in all kinds of ways. Raw cashews are incredibly versatile. Like many other nuts, you can eat a handful of cashews as a healthy, quick snack, but you can also use them in all kinds of dishes. Because cashews are wonderfully creamy, they are ideal for (vegan) sauces and dips. In addition to these raw cashew nuts, you will also find a wide selection of variants in our complete nut assortment. For example, we have cashews roasted with tamari or sour cream, but also roasted cashews with just a little sea salt for that little bit of extra flavour. Cashew nuts are rich in all kinds of minerals, especially iron and magnesium. In addition, cashew nuts also contain a high percentage of unsaturated fatty acids.
