and herbal drink based on Turmeric is also called "Golden Milk". It is an ancient Ayurvedic recipe and is now starting to become more popular in the Netherlands. Golden Milk is a delicious drink made from various herbs and spices that gives the resistance a boost.

Use and storage
Per cup: dissolve 2 teaspoons (6 grams) of powder and an optional teaspoon of (coconut) oil in warm water or (vegetable) milk, add the remaining warm liquid. To make the latte extra creamy it can also be blended in blender. As needed a sweetener can be added for example honey, coconut syrup or coconut blossom sugar.
