Usage and storage

Dissolve 1 teaspoon (10 grams) in 500 ml of cold water, juice, or shake. Preferably use a shaker or blender to blend. Can be used before or during exercise or any other time of the day. Do not exceed recommended dosage. This product is not a substitute for a varied diet. Magnesium may have a laxative

effect. The dosage can be halved in that case. Caution: close packaging tightly.
