What is Collagen?
Collagen is the most abundant protein in the body and the most important protein in our connective tissues. Collagen is produced by the body, but from the age of 25 this production gradually decreases. Collagen decrease is partly responsible for the formation of wrinkles, the decrease of muscles and the less flexible joints.


Usage and storage
1 x daily 1 generous tablespoon (approx. 8 grams) dissolve in water, fruit juice, smoothie or hot drink. Preferably take half an hour before meals. We recommend the following intake cycle: 36 days 'on' and 6 days 'off'. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Store cool, dry and sealed.
