L-lysine we classify among the so-called essential amino acids, which means that our body is unable to produce this substance from other amino acids. We are therefore completely dependent on dietary intake for adequate l-lysine levels. This can be particularly problematic for vegetarians and vegans. This is because the essential amino acid is mainly found in animal proteins; meat and dairy are the main sources. If you have a lifestyle with little or no animal products, supplementation with l-lysine can be of added value in your diet!

Ingredients & Dosage

• L-Lysine 1000 mg **
• Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 18.75 mg 23.4%.

Ingredients : L-Lysine, microcrystalline cellulose (anti-caking agent), dicalcium phosphate (filler), stearic acid (anti-caking agent), Vitamin C (ascorbic acid), HPMC (glazing agent), glycerol (wetting agent).

Does not contain : GMO, gluten, yeast, lactose, sugar, artificial colors, flavors or preservatives. 

Dosage

Take 1 tablet per day. Preferably take separately from food. Adhere to the recommended dosage.

Keep out of reach and sight of young children. Store in a dry, dark place and at room temperature (15 - 25 °C).

Use during pregnancy and lactation is discouraged due to lack of sufficient research.

A healthy lifestyle is important, as is a varied balanced diet, for which dietary supplements are not a substitute.
