Vitakruid L-Glutamine Complex Powder

L-Glutamine is a nonessential amino acid, which means that the human body is capable of producing this amino acid on its own. However, glutamine synthesis may not be sufficient enough to meet the body's needs. We therefore refer to glutamine as a semi-essential amino acid. This property also ensures optimal synergistic effects with N-acetylglucosamine and L-methionine.

What ingredients does it contain?

Composition per dose (1 measuring spoon of 5 ml) RI*

• L-Glutamine 2000 mg **
• N-Acetyl Glucosamine 200 mg **
• L-Methionine 100 mg **

Ingredients : L-Glutamine, N-Acetyl Glucosamine, L-Methionine.

Does not contain : GMO, gluten, yeast, lactose, sugar, artificial colors, flavors or preservatives.

Dosage and Usage
Take 1 to 3 scoops per day. Dissolve in a 200 ml glass of water or other cold beverage. Preferably half an hour before meals or 2 hours after. Adhere to the recommended dosage.

Keep out of reach and sight of young children. Store in a dry, dark place and at room temperature (15 - 25 °C).

Use during pregnancy and lactation is discouraged due to lack of sufficient research.
