Iron occurs In food in two forms: heme iron from animal products and non-heme iron from both plant and animal products. The body absorbs heme iron much more easily. Animal products containing iron include mussels, red meat, organ meats, oysters and eggs. Plant sources of iron include grains, nuts, seeds, kernels, legumes and dark green vegetables. Dietary supplements can supplement a healthy diet.

• Copper (gluconate) 500 µg 50%.
• Beta carotene 2 mg **
• Vitamin A (retinol acetate) 400 µg 50%.
• Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) 5 mg 357%.
• Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 200 mg 250%.

Ingredients : microcrystalline cellulose (filler), ascorbic acid (Vitamin C), Iron bisglycinate, vegetable oil (binder), Beta-carotene (Provitamin A), magnesium stearate (anti-clumping agent), HPMC (coating), Riboflavin-5-phosphate (Vitamin B2), silicon dioxide (anti-cloning agent), Copper bisglycinate, Retinol acetate (Vitamin A), glycerin (coating), HPC (coating).

Does not contain : GMO, gluten, yeast, lactose, sugar, artificial colors, flavors or preservatives.

Usage and Dosage
Take 1 to 3 tablets per day. Supplement every other day (i.e. once every 2 days). Do not exceed recommended dosage.

Keep out of reach and sight of young children. Store in a dry, dark place and at room temperature (15 - 25 °C).
