This product is a blend of Vitex Agnus Castus extract, 5 HTP, Saffron and Zinc methionine. The product is specially designed for women from the first menstruation through menopause who experience discomfort around their hormonal balance.

Warnings
Beware of using Agnus Castus in combination with the birth control pill and a history of hormonal cancers. Do not use in pregnancy and lactation.

Do not use 5 HTP in combination with regular serotonergic medications.

Usage and storage
Take 1 capsule once daily during or after meals with water.
