Usage and Storage
Take 1 to 2 tablets per day. Adhere to the recommended dosage. After 3 months of continuous use, we recommend not using the product for 2 weeks.
Before use, consult your physician or pharmacist if used concurrently with antidepressants, liver disease, thyroid disease and/or use of thyroid hormones. Consult your physician or pharmacist with concomitant use of antidiabetic treatment.
Use during pregnancy and lactation is discouraged due to lack of sufficient research.
Keep out of reach and sight of young children. Store dry, dark and at room temperature (15 - 25 °C).
A healthy lifestyle is important, as is a varied balanced diet, for which dietary supplements are no substitute.
