What are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs consist of shipping, packing and handling costs. Products must be protected against breakage and are packaged properly.  Your order is prepared by one of our employees. All this is a costly process. Because small orders are relatively expensive for us, these costs depend on the size of the order. The shipping, packaging and handling costs are

Germany
Due to the regulations in Germany regarding the packaging of your order (Verpackungsgesetz), we currently do not deliver orders to addresses in Germany. We are sorry for this inconvenience.

Belgium

France / Portugal / Spain / Luxembourg / Sweden / Denmark / UK / Italy:

Other countries:
The rates for other countries are clearly stated during the completion of the ordering process, the system will automatically calculate this for you.

Pallet Shipments:
The shipping rates calculated by our website are based on parcel costs. We send a maximum of 3 boxes per parcel service. If your order exceeds 3 boxes, it will automatically be shipped on a pallet. Pallet shipments within the Netherlands and Belgium are included in the displayed shipping rates. Pallet shipments to other countries will incur additional charges. So, if you place an order of more than 3 boxes to a country other than the Netherlands or Belgium, you will receive an additional invoice for the pallet shipping costs.

Return shipments:
The costs for returning products are borne by the customer.

VAT shipping costs  
In the Netherlands it is obligatory to break the VAT on the shipping costs, this is determined in the tax legislation and we cannot change that. We pay this VAT to the tax authorities. Because we are wholesalers, we have to show the VAT separately on your invoice, on consumer websites it is automatically included but they also pay VAT on shipping costs. We are not allowed to change this, so we kindly ask you not to bother us about this.
