Use and storage
As a starting dose, begin with 2 tablets once daily, preferably with water with breakfast. If desired, you can switch to a maintenance dosage of 1 per day after a week.

Children from 3 to 12 years 1 tablet daily. Not suitable in case of (wish for) pregnancy. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. A 
dietary supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet.

Store cool, dry and sealed. Keep out of reach of children.
