Usage and Storage
When and how do I take it?
Take 1 to 3 scoops per day with 200 ml of water per scoop. Contains 80 mg caffeine per scoop. Maximum dose of EGCG is 800 mg per day.
Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products. Not suitable for children under 18 years.
Keep out of the reach and sight of young children. Store in a dry, dark place at room temperature (15 – 25 °C).
