Collagen is one of the most important forms of protein in our bodies, accounting for as much as 30% of our total protein mass. This makes collagen the most abundant protein in the animal kingdom! You can find it in different types of tissues, such as skin, tendons, cartilage, muscles and blood vessels, and much more. We synthesize collagen ourselves, but from the age of 25 the production decreases structurally. As a result, the elasticity of the skin decreases and fine lines and wrinkles appear. Ingredients & Dosage.
Take 1 scoop per day. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Easily soluble in (lukewarm) water, coffee, tea, fruit juice, chocolate milk, soup, protein shake, oatmeal, smoothies, yogurt and cottage cheese, among others. After stirring, let stand for 5 minutes for optimal dissolution.
We recommend using Collagen Solugel® powder for 25 days followed by 5 days of non-use. 1 jar is enough for 30 days.
Ingredients: Hydrolyzed Collagen (Solugel® collagen peptides, bovine), microcrystalline cellulose (filler), dicalcium phosphate (filler), magnesium salts of natural fatty acids (anti-clumping agent), Vitamin C (calcium ascorbate), Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), polyethylene glycol (wetting agent), HPMC (glazing agent).
Does not contain: GMO, gluten, yeast, lactose, sugar, artificial colors, flavors or preservatives.
