Usage and Storage
1 x daily 1-3 tablets preferably before or during meals with water. This recommended amount may also be taken spread throughout the day. Not suitable for children under 1 year of age. Before using any vitamin K2 supplement, consult your physician or pharmacist in case of concomitant use with coumarin derivatives. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. A dietary supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet.
