Black Cumin (Nigella sativa), also called the nutmeg flower, has been used since ancient times. Black cumin is not related to the common cumin (Cuminum Cyminum) that used to be found in every herb garden in the Netherlands. It is also a totally different plant with different properties as the black cumin originating from India, Pakistan or Afghanistan (Bunium Persicum).
Usage and storage
1-2x daily 1-3 capsules during or after the meal with water. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Store in a cool, dry and closed place. Keep out of reach of children. A dietary supplement is no substitute for a varied diet.
