Bone broth, or Bone Broth, is obtained by slowly cooking the bones of animals over an extended period of time. The nutrients soak into the cooking liquid, creating a nourishing broth containing proteins, vitamins and minerals. This ready-to-use drinking broth is made from beef bones.

Bone Broth is highly nutritious and is often used as the base of soups, sauces and gravies. Bone broth is less strong in flavor than a bouillon cube, but a lot healthier. You can further flavor the broth yourself with salt, pepper and other spices.


Use and storage
Use about 2 tablespoons of bone broth in soups, sauces or in coffee.

Store in a cool and dark place. After opening, can be kept for 3 days in the refrigerator (max.7°C).
