Our organic cacao beans come from Peru and are unroasted. By breaking the shell of the cacao beans it comes loose and the cacao nibs are released. These can be used in shakes and for making chocolates, bars and cakes, among other things.

Use and storage

Break the cacao beans before use. By squeezing them or inserting the tip of a small knife, the shell comes off, this is not suitable for consumption, the inside the so-called cacao nibs do. These can be used in shakes, smoothie and for making chocolates cake etc. Store cool, dry and closed.
