What is coconut milk?

Coconut milk comes from the pulp of mature brown coconuts, coconuts are the fruit of the coconut tree. The milk has a thick and creamy texture and is widely used in Thai and other Asian cuisines. Coconut milk is quite different from coconut water. Coconut water occurs naturally in young coconuts, coconut milk does not occur naturally in the coconut. This is because the pulp must first be mixed with water to make coconut milk. Our coconut milk powder comes from Sri Lanka.

Usage and storage
Mix 1-2x daily 1 rounded scoop of Absolute Coconut Milk Powder with water, fruit juice, yogurt, soup or curries. Also create your own Supersmoothie or Supershake! Store cool, dry and sealed. Keep out of reach of children.
