Usage and storage
Internal use:
Add 2 teaspoons of baking soda to a glass of water once a day
If used as a raising agent, an acid (e.g. lemon juice) should be added where 1 part baking soda equals 3 parts baking powder
External use:
As bath salts, add about 100 grams of baking soda to a warm bath
As a natural deodorant, use baking soda i.c.w. coconut oil
Add a tablespoon of baking soda to your laundry for a natural detergent
Store dry.
Keep out of reach of children.
