Acacia Fibers
Mattisson Acacia Fiber 83%
Recommended retail price: €9.95
What are Acacia Fibers?
Acacia fibers come from Acacia trees, which are originally found in Africa. The sap that comes from these trees is dried, forming a fiber powder. Acacia fiber contains 86% soluble fiber, which is also called digestible fiber or prebiotic.
Dietary fiber
Dietary fibers mainly come from the cell wall of plants and we get them when we eat vegetables, fruit, bread, breakfast cereals, legumes and nuts.
Mattisson Acacia fiber
Mattisson Acacia fiber provides 10 grams of soluble fiber per 2 tablespoon serving and has a mild, neutral taste. This allows our Acacia fibers to be easily incorporated into various food products. For example, the fine powder of acacia fiber can be mixed into smoothies, juices, yogurt or breakfast cereals. The Acacia fibers can also be sprinkled dry over oatmeal and salad.
Renewed and improved
These fibers are easier to use than our old Acacia fibers, as they dissolve better.
Country of origin
Senegal
Use and store
Mix 2 tablespoons (approx. 10 grams) with a large glass of water. First add the Acacia fibers to the glass and then add water while stirring. Empty the glass and then drink another glass of water. Drink enough water during the day. The Acacia fibers can also be added to fruit juice, yogurt, a smoothie or tea instead of water.
Preferably in the morning before a meal. Any sediment is normal. This product is not a substitute for a varied diet.
Keep cool, dry and closed. Keep out of reach of children.
