Absolute AlkaGreens powder is composed of, among others, Sprouts containing Chlorophyll, Fiber-rich Vegetables and Fruits (VitaVeggieTM), High ORAC Berry Complex (VitaberryTM), Herbs, Enzymes and Prebiotic Fiber. 85% of the ingredients are organic.

Usage and Storage
1-3 x daily, dissolve 10 grams of AlkaGreens powder (1 generous scoop) in water, fruit juice or mix into a SuperSmoothie. Preferably take half an hour before meals.

Do not exceed the recommended dosage. A dietary supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet.
